Analytics in Synerise

One of the most important aspects of the campaigns you lead is whether they are measurable. If you can measure the results, you can optimize the effects and the pace of reaction to the results which are crucial for the success of the campaign. The great advantage of the module lies in the ability of combining the analytics you prepare, so you can gain an invaluable insight into customers’ behavior, needs and trends.

Events and attributes

Before you start create your own analytics you have to create base of events and attributes in Synerise. To do this go to Assets -> Events or Assets -> attributes module. Event parameter value

The event that you use in creating an analysis can be described by parameters. The opportunities can be given by the event parameter you get from Event parameter value article.

Event parameter operators

Each event consist of parameters, you can measure events in terms of various aspects. An operator can take form of a date, string of numbers or text, etc. More information about operators you can fins in Event parameter operators article.

Client filter

Client filter lets you filter out a group of contacts that performed specific events or have specific attributes. You can use client filter in every analytics. You will find the detailed instructions in the article about Client filter.

Date filter
