Introduction to catalogs

Catalogs section enables you to take care of your company data. It is a place, where you are able to run and manage items such as tags, attributes, events, and so on. The most popular use of catalogs is to create a catalog that includes product descriptions or customers’ email addresses.

Use cases


  • Supplement data in custom events with data from a catalog.
  • Prepare catalogs on the basis of imported product feed.
  • Store additional information about your customers and use them in campaigns to personalize the contents of the message.

Requirements


  • Permissions that allow the access to Catalogs section and adding new catalogs.
