Email campaign statistics

The Synerise users can preview the results of the finished email campaigns.

  1. Go to Campaign icon Campaigns > Email.
  2. On the list of emails, you can find campaigns which were sent manually and through automation.
  3. Click the name of the finished campaign.
    Result: You are directed to the overview of the campaign.
  4. Click the Email campaign tab.
    Result: The preview of the detailed statistics is displayed.
Tip: You can create analytical dashboards of email campaigns themselves and add them to the default email statistics by clicking Three dot icon. More info here.

The scope of default statistics of email campaigns is wide. It’s divided into three sections: overview, mailbox statistics and conversion:

Full statistics of the email campaign sent through the Automation module are available on the list of email campaigns, but if you want to check the statistics on the Send email node, follow the instruction below:

  1. Go to Automation icon Automation > Journeys.
  2. On the list of emails, click the name of the active or stopped journey that contains the Send email node.
    Result: You are directed to the overview of the journey.
  3. Click the Analytics tab.
    Result: The statistics of the node are displayed on the sidebar.
