Creating analytics

After completing the basic steps in the system, like integration of the tracking code or sending your first communication campaigns, you will be able to start work with analytics. The following is a list of available analytics in Synerise:

  • A Funnel is used to analyze the sequence of user steps. Thanks to this analysis, you can see how customers move around on your website or application.

  • A Segmentation is a dynamic group that fulfills the same conditions of behavior and/or demographic attributes. Operating on the basis of segments allows you to target the offer to similar groups of customers.

  • In a Trend, you can check how the details of specific types of events change over time. This analysis allows you to track and find trends in customer behavior.

  • Another important analytic is Metrics. Metrics includes mathematical formulas, such as addition, subtraction, division and multiplication, and allows you to calculate many events at once.

  • Histograms are associated with metrics. They use graphs to show how the relationships between events change over time.

  • Geoanalytics allows you to create a segment based on geolocation. These segments will contain only people who meet the conditions specified in the segment.
