Emailing
Mail accounts section is a place where you can create and manage chosen email accounts. It is useful when determining recipients of the particular email campaign. You can search for any chosen account using the search box marked with a magnifying glass placed in the up right section corner.
Add new account
When you start working on the platform it is worth to configure mail account section in Synerise newsletters and senders module. At any time of work on the platform you can edit or remove existing account or add new one. Below you’ll find a description of the steps to be taken to do this.

In order to configure mail account, go to Settings > Emailing.

Click on Add account button placed in the right up page corner.

Fulfill all required fields:
- Account name - a field in which you should enter an name for your account,
- From (email) - a field in which you should enter an email which will be shown as a sender,
- From (name) - sender’s name shown in the clients’ inboxes,
- Reply to (email) - all responses sent by the customer will come to this email address,
- Reply to (display name) - name placed near toΒ message subject line displayed to your clients,
- Resignation link - custom link to newsletter resignation page.

Choose the mail provider by clicking on the appropriate checkbox. If you’ll decide to choose your own SMTP server, you’ll need to choose from the pop-up drop-down list selected one.
Set Email account as default
When you’ve added email accounts, you can set chosen one as default. Below you will find a brief instruction how to do it. Choose the account you’d like to set as default. You can do it manually from the list of groups or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)

- Click on the checkbox located next to the name of the chosen account. On the right side of the profile, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots, click set as default.
Test Email account
At any time of work on the platform you can test if already created mail account is working properly. Below there is a description of the steps to be taken to do this. Choose the account you’d like to test. You can do it manually from the list of groups or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)

- Click on the checkbox located next to the name of the chosen account. On the right side of the profile, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots: click test.
Change data in Email account
At any time of work on the platform you can change data implemented into existing email account. Below there is a description of the steps to be taken to do this. Choose the account you’d like to edit. You can do it manually from the list of groups or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)

- Click on the checkbox located next to the name of the chosen account. On the right side of the profile, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots: click edit.
Remove Email account
When you have once added email account, you can remove them from the system at any time. Below you will find a description of how to do it. Choose the account you’d like to remove. You can do it manually from the list of groups or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)

- Click on the checkbox located next to the name of the chosen account. On the right side of the profile, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots: click remove.
