STEP 2 Email


You can send email messages from Synerise to your clients and personalize their content based on customer preferences.

The content of the email can consist of something more than words. The various data collected by Synerise can be reused in various emails for personalization purposes, so you can make the recipients feel that the message is really directed at them.

Requirements


To do so, you need to:

  1. Configure a sending account and choose an email provider

  2. Configure single or double-opt ins

  3. You have to have customers in your database who gave email marketing agreements

  4. Configure email campaign limits

  5. After the integration you can create an email template and define individual elements of the email campaign.

    You can create a template for the email content using a number of ways:

  6. When your template will be ready, you can send an email using one of two methods.

  • To send manually emails to a predefined group of contacts or a whole database, hit the Send button after you completed creating an email.
  • You can send emails automatically by using the Automation module. In response to customer activity, update of client data, or other events (check the list of triggers that start a workflow), an email can be sent to customers.
