Product feed import

The Product feed import instruction you are trying to access is no longer available due to the lack of this option on the interface. Soon, the Synerise users will be able again to perform self-serve product feed imports.

For the time being:

• If you want to import a product feed or make changes to it to use AI campaigns (and/or reuse them in regular campaigns), please contact the Synerise Support Team.
• If you want to import a product feed to use regular Synerise campaigns, read this instruction.
