Exclusion of already bought products
Knowing the customer's behavioral history allows you to avoid annoying situations when, for example, a customer is presented with a promotional offer for a product that he has already bought. Synerise allows you to do this easily by using the appropriate settings in the system, for example segmentation.

How to do it
You can show your dynamic content with a promotion regarding the purchase of products from the SHOES category only to those customers who have not made a purchase in this category in the last 7 days.
- First of all you have to create a segment of customers who haven't purchased the product within a specific range of time (for example last 7 days).
In this way your promotion will not be displayed to customers who have made a purchase within a specific range of time.
- Then, you have to create an automation in which you describe that after purchase in specific range of time, specific segment of customers will not be able to see your dynamic content campaign.
