Our client from Telco industry wanted to boost the sale of a new smartphone, which had just appeared on the market. Thanks to our features our client could identify customers who were interested in a new smartphone model.

They divided their work into 3 steps:

1. Called customers who bought a smartphone 6 months ago (they may want to change it).

2. Called customers who were on a smartphone product page (they where looking for it, so they are interested).

3. Called customers who had added a smartphone to a basket and didn’t finalize the transaction (abandoned shopping cart campaign via call center).

How to do it

  1. First of all you have to create specific segments in which you describe what kind of conditions your customers should meet. Read more about segmentation in Synerise. It will help you create segments of customers with specific characteristics.

  2. Then you have to just generate the database with phone numbers for every segment (just export them from CRM) and call them with your offer.TAK
