Channel effectiveness analysis

Trends let you analyze each variable. In this case, it's an analysis of the total value of transactions. You can measure them both online and offline, as well as broken down into specific channels. You can analyze them in a selected time period and view sales results after specific events like launching a campaign, changing an image, and so on.

By integrating any channel within Synerise, we are able to analyze what the sales trend line looks like and its value in a specific channel. This means there is no need to import different charts into one analytical tool, because it is already available from the system level.

This kind of trend will allow you to measure the effectiveness of individual channels. Based on results you can decide how much money you want to invest in a specific channel and which one gives you the most conversions.

How to do it

If you want to create this kind of analytics, you have to choose events connected with purchase/visits in specific channel (for example page_visits) and add them to your analysis. What is more you can change the time range and save your analysis on your trends list.

Remember that if you want to analyze a transaction, you have to integrate your POS with Synerise first. You can send transactions over the API by using the methods described here.

Tip: If you want to check your analysis regularly, you can add it to dashboard (Analytics - Analytics dashboards). Then in Dashboard module you can mark it on the list and in this way pin it to your main dashboard.
