Email as an incentive for undecided customers

Send a special campaign to recognized customers that haven’t made a purchase but often view the same product or category. Create segments of recognized users who meet those conditions and send them emails with reminders about the product.

Use this form of communication to promote specific products or product categories that they view. You can also send them special codes or discounts for the product to encourage them to finally make a purchase.

Example of use - Retail industry

Challenge

Our client from retail industry sent the customers via email a rebate code if they have browsed specific products or products from a particular category, but did not make the transaction. In this way, he could convince them to make a decision and finish the purchase.

Results

  • 4,95% CTR (email),
  • 3,4% conversion (using the code from the email campaign).
