• Create the basic template
• Change the subject of the email
  • Variant A: We have a special offer for you!
  • Variant B: [Insert customer firstname], check your offer!

To do this task you will need inserts.

• Create 2 segments:
  • users who got campaign with variant A
  • users who got campaign with variant B

TASK 2

Go to Dynamic Content campaign and prepare easy pop up which will be displayed on the Synerise Demo anytime user will scroll 50% of the website. (Add to the audience only your user to be sure that nobody apart you will see it).

TASK 3

Create SMS template, where you will add:

• customer firstname
• short url - https://demoshop.synerise.com/
• make sure the clicks form this url will be tracked

To do this task you will need short link instruction.

TASK 1

Import product feed to your newly created catalog. No data transformation is needed, use import.

TASK 2

Using data transformation add the file, used in the previous task.

• Transform email address and phone number according to API documentation
• Add column “import” with current date
• Merge columns import with column “customerStatus”
