SMS
SMS account section is a place where you’ll find a text message gateway that allows you to send SMS to mobile devices.
Synerise, thanks to the possibility of integration with SMS sending applications, can not only help you organize and effectively manage SMS, but also collects opinions about who opened your message and when. Therefore, text messages are great for both advertising and collecting customer information.
This is great functionality to that allows to:
- Inform about current online promotions and promotions in stationary stores.
- Give information concerning pending order.
- Support of post-purchase communication.
By using Synerise platform, you can choose one of the two below mentioned tools:
- smsAPI
- Twilio
Add new SMS account
Before you start working on the platform, your SMS accounts should be configured in Synerise Configuration section.
In order to configure SMS accounts, go to Settings > SMS.

Click on Add SMS account button placed in the right up page corner

Fulfill account name field.

Decide if you want to work with SMS API, Materna, Infobip, Tide Mobile, Twilio. Choose one checkbox placed next to the needed tool.
Edit SMS account
At any time of work on the platform you can edit existing SMS account. Below you’ll find a description of the steps to be taken to do this.

Choose the SMS account you’d like to edit. You can do it manually from the list of keys or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)
- Click on the checkbox located next to the name of the chosen account. On the right side of the key, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots, click edit.
Test SMS account
At any time of work on the platform you can test existing SMS account. Below you’ll find a description of the steps to be taken to do this.

Set default SMS account
At any time of work on the platform you can set any existing SMS account as default. Below you’ll find a description of the steps to be taken to do this.

Remove SMS account
When you have added SMS accounts, you can remove them from the system at any time. Below you will find a description of how to do it.

Choose the account you want to remove from your company platform. You can do it manually from the list of users or use the search box (magnifying glass in the upper right corner of the page)
- Click on the checkbox located next to the chosen account. On the right side of the key, you can see 4 options after moving the mouse over three dots, click remove.
